a person, firm, accommodation or company acquiring services from BuzzWeb
(Buzz Computer Services).
Contract:
BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services)
reserve the right to reject any application received by them.
BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services)
also reserves the right at anytime without notice to cancel and return
any computer files on disk to the address of the company. In this event
BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services) is not obliged to give a reason but
will return all monies due to the company on a time-apportioned basis.
If BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer
Services) has designed Web pages for a company after the proof has been
agreed verbally or otherwise BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services) reserves
the right to make a reasonable charge per amendment to pages as required
and has a reasonable time in which to make such amendments.
The customer or company warrants
absolutely that any material given to BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services)
to work with in the design of a website / pages is the copyright of
the relevant customer or company and agrees to indemnify BuzzWeb (Buzz
Computer Services) for any breaches of copyright with third parties.
BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services)
cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of any content within a
web site / web page developed on behalf of the Company. BuzzWeb (Buzz
Computer Services) will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential
loss arising from the use of the information and material contained
in the Web Site / Web page or other material on the Internet obtained
via Web links from the Web site / Web page.
If BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer
Services) has agreed to make submissions of web sites or web pages to
search engines, customers and companies agree that BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer
Services) has no control over these Internet search engines and as such

Charges:
BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services)
reserves the right to amend or increase its charges at any time without
notice. such changes will take effect at such times that they are published
on the web site or otherwise notified in writing.
Any written quotations made
by BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services) are valid only for a period of 30
days.
Payment:
Payment shall be due within
a strict 30 days of when proof has been agreed verbally or otherwise.
The web site / web pages remain the property of BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer
Services) until full payment has been received.
All payments made shall include
VAT at the prevailing rate. If any monies become overdue for payment
BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services) may:
a) remove, or not remove
without notice (at BuzzWeb's (Buzz Computer Services) discretion),
the companies web site / web pages without prejudice to BuzzWeb's
(Buzz Computer Services) rights to claim for the monies owed, interest
and costs of collection. If a companies web site / web pages are removed
BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Service) reserve the right to make a charge
to re-upload the web site / web pages which will be payable in advance.
b) delete without any safeguard
any companies website, web pages, links, graphics designs or hard
copy material supplied in assisting the production of the web site
or pages from our computers without prejudice to BuzzWeb's (Buzz Computer
Services) rights to claim for the monies owed, interest and costs
of collection.
Content:
Information concerning a Customer
contained on any customised web site prepared by BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer
Services) will be derived from information provided by the Company and
it is therefore the Companies responsibility to ensure that the information
contained in the same is accurate by checking the web site, web pages.
Web sites or pages will not be published without the Companies approval
verbally or otherwise, and BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services) shall incur
no liability for any errors not corrected by the Company in such proofs.
BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services)
shall not be required to include within any Web Site or pages any matter
which in its opinion is or may be of an illegal or defamatory nature
or which may give rise to any liability on its part. This will not give
grounds for terminating the agreement by the company in producing the
web site/pages in all other respects or avoiding liability for charges
incurred.
The Company shall keep BuzzWeb
(Buzz Computer Services) and all of its employees and agents indemnified
from and against all costs, claims, demands, expenses, fines, penalties
and all liability whatsoever which may be made against BuzzWeb (Buzz
Computer Services), its employees or agents or which such persons may
sustain, pay or incur arising out of or in connection with any illegal
or defamatory matter included on any Web Site/pages regardless in what
language the matter is published for the Company or any infringement
of trademarks (registered or unregistered) copyright, patent or design.
This indemnity is given to BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services) for itself
and for its employees and agents and as agent for such employees and
agent.
Limitation of Liability:
BuzzWeb's (Buzz Computer Services)
will not be liability for any loss, injury or damage of any nature whatsoever,
whether direct or consequential, arising out of or in connection with
the provision of the Services whether arising out of a breach of implied
or expressed term. BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services) shall bear no liability
for loss or damage howsoever arising caused by circumstances outside
its control

Copyright in any works created
on behalf of a Company, in the course of provision of the Services shall
remain the property of BuzzWeb (Buzz Computer Services) until all monies
have been paid.
